Served just-pink, a pork loin sits atop a medley of duck fat roasted potatoes, blanched asparagus, carrots, beans and a smooth cauliflower puree. It’s modern, accessible British food at its best.

Served with a generous pour of rich red wine jus, you’ll want to mop up the plate with a slice or two of our house made sourdough!
